Hell Yes Lifers, today my guest on the podcast is Shirin Behzadi. Shirin is the CEO of Home Franchise Concepts (HFC), one of the world’s largest franchise businesses. HFC’s three brands include Budget Blinds, Tailored Living and Concrete Craft. Under Shirin’s leadership, the company has seen a 71% increase in sales since 2015 and is on track to reach $700 million in systemwide sales in 2018.
As an entrepreneur herself and mother of two, Shirin has dedicated her life to helping franchisees including “Momtrepreneurs,” enterprising Millennials, veterans and boomers, realize their financial and personal dreams.
On the podcast, we talk about her early days as an entrepreneur and why becoming an HFC franchisee might be a good option for some entrepreneurs. We also discuss a life-changing event that happened to Shirin several years ago that she says changed her whole perspective on life.
